[Main Ingredients] Composed of anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, alkaline cleaning agents, and complexing agents.
[Mechanism of Action] Utilizes saponification and emulsification, as well as penetration and wetting mechanisms to remove saponifiable oils (animal and vegetable oils) and non-saponifiable oils (mineral oils) from metal surface greases.
[Usage and Dosage]
Direct Dilution Method Prepare a 0.5~1% (1:100~1:200) solution and spray using a low-pressure spray gun at 300 ml/m². Allow a contact time of 15~30 minutes before high-pressure rinsing.
Special Foam Gun Prepare a 0.5~1% (1:100~1:200) solution, connect the foam gun to the compressor, add the product into the foam gun's medicine tank, adjust the dilution on the foam gun, and spray at 200 ml/m². Allow a contact time of 15~30 minutes before high-pressure water rinsing.

Compared with traditional soaking using caustic soda, the alkaline foam cleaner has better penetration and swelling disintegration properties, especially for walls and hard-to-rinse areas (such as railings and hollow bottoms of farrowing crates). The alkaline foam cleaner adheres effectively to walls through rich and fine foam, reacts fully, and is easy and convenient to clean. It is non-corrosive to metals.
