[Dextran Iron Functions]

❶ Expanding blood volume: Dextran molecules are not easily leaked outside blood vessels, generating colloid osmotic pressure to prevent water transfer from tissues into blood vessels, thus expanding blood volume.
❷ Osmotic diuresis: Easily filtered through the glomerulus and not reabsorbed by renal tubules, exerting osmotic diuretic effects.
❸ Preventing aggregation of red blood cells and platelets: Dextran molecules can attach to the surfaces of red blood cells and platelets, preventing their aggregation, improving microcirculation, and preventing cerebral thrombosis and myocardial infarction.

[Dextran Characteristics]

Small molecule Using unique molecular weight control technology, the weight-average molecular weight is precisely controlled between 5000~7500, directly affecting the product quality of dextran iron injection. Large molecular weight is unfavorable for drug absorption after intramuscular injection and causes greater injection stress, often resulting in black necrotic foci or lumps at the injection site. Dextran iron injection with a weight-average molecular weight of 5000~7500 is currently internationally recognized as a high-quality veterinary iron supplement.

High safety The process uses special desalination technology and ultrafiltration membrane technology to thoroughly remove various impurities generated during production and eliminate allergens, ensuring higher safety.

Low irritation Using advanced complexation technology to ensure iron is fully converted into organic complexed iron, avoiding stress caused by unconverted free iron salts to the body.

Low viscosity The product has good fluidity; the solution should be thin and non-viscous, easy to draw, and can be 100% absorbed by the body upon injection, with high bioavailability.
