【Product Features】
This product continuously releases free iodine, disrupting the metabolism of pathogenic microorganisms and leading to their death. It is a highly effective, low-toxicity disinfectant that exhibits excellent germicidal activity against bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
This product incorporates an adjuvant that enables the sustained release of free iodine, thereby extending its duration of action. Additionally, a high‑molecular‑weight polymer serves as a stabilizer, ensuring product stability under varying environmental conditions.
It is non-irritating to the skin and mucous membranes and causes no pain; when used for disinfecting skin and mucous membranes, it is far less irritating than alcohol.
【Usage and Dosage】Calculated as povidone‑iodine. For skin disinfection and treatment of dermatoses, use a 5% solution; for teat dipping in dairy cows, use a 0.5%–1% solution; for irrigation of mucous membranes and wounds, use a 0.1% solution.
