[Indications]
It is primarily indicated for infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria and is also used to treat infections due to actinomycetes and Leptospira, including swine erysipelas, gas gangrene, malignant edema, actinomycosis, equine glanders, necrobacillosis, leptospirosis, as well as mastitis, skin and soft‑tissue infections, arthritis, metritis, pyelonephritis, pneumonia, sepsis, and tetanus. When treating tetanus, it should be administered in combination with tetanus antitoxin.

[Clinical Recommended Combinations]

• For viral diseases, you can use Dingjian Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection No. 1 combined with GanKang and other injectables, which are directly diluted before use; the integrated Chinese–Western approach yields good results.
• For mixed infections accompanied by fever, Dingjian Reyan Fuxin can be diluted and administered together with Dingjian Honggonglian for enhanced efficacy.

【Usage and Dosage】Intramuscular injection: Single dose—per 1 kg body weight, horses and cattle: 10,000–20,000 units; sheep, pigs, foals, and calves: 20,000–30,000 units; dogs and cats: 30,000–40,000 units; poultry: 50,000 units. Administer 2–3 times daily for 2–3 consecutive days. Before use, dissolve in an appropriate amount of sterile water for injection.
