【Characteristics】This product is a white crystalline powder.
[Indications and Uses] A β-lactam antibiotic. It is primarily indicated for infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria and is also used to treat infections due to actinomycetes and Leptospira, among others.
【Usage and Dosage】Calculated on the basis of potassium penicillin. Intramuscular injection: Single dose—per 1 kg body weight, horses and cattle: 10,000–20,000 units; sheep, pigs, foals, and calves: 20,000–30,000 units; poultry: 50,000 units; dogs and cats: 30,000–40,000 units. Administer 2–3 times daily for 2–3 consecutive days. Before use, add an appropriate amount of sterile water for injection to dissolve.
