【Characteristics】This product is a colorless, clear liquid.
[Indications and Uses] An anticholinergic agent. It relieves smooth muscle spasm and inhibits glandular secretion, among other effects. It is primarily used for poisoning caused by organophosphate compounds, as premedication prior to anesthesia, and to counteract cholinergic overstimulation.
【Usage and Dosage】Intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intravenous injection: Single dose—administer prior to anesthesia at 0.002–0.005 ml per kg body weight for horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs, and cats; for the reversal of organophosphate poisoning, administer 0.05–0.1 ml for horses, cattle, sheep, and pigs, and 0.01–0.015 ml for dogs and cats; for poultry, administer 0.01–0.02 ml.
